Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Platform Product Manager to contribute to the innovation and execution within NEOGOV’s Enterprise Platform, driving the next evolution of capabilities for large, complex organizations. This role will support senior leaders in strategy, assist in defining product experiences, and help enable cross-product workflows that scale to enterprise needs.


You’ll leverage your foundational knowledge in platform services, sso, integrations, security models, organizational structures, or technical solutions to execute on the roadmap, collaborate with product teams, and deliver solutions that serve enterprise and public-sector customers alike.


As a key member of the product team, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams, development, QA and Product Managers - helping to drive execution and contribute to NEOGOV’s next generation of innovation for the enterprise market.


Your duties and responsibilities: 

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Execute key feature development and support the definition of the roadmap for Enterprise Platform capabilities, including authorization, central platform services, queues, enterprise service bus, and security services.

  • Contribute to discussions with Product and Engineering leaders to help evolve NEOGOV’s Platform architecture to meet enterprise-grade needs around scalability, flexibility, and configurability.

Domain Contribution & Learning

  • API Foundations: Strong conceptual understanding of API design principles, RESTful services, and orchestration layers (experience with API gateways or middleware is highly valued).

  • Cloud & Modern Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (preferably AWS ecosystems like Amazon Bedrock, IAM roles, or CloudWatch).

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Basic proficiency in querying data (SQL) and navigating application logs or observability tools to troubleshoot and report system health.

  • AI Concepts (Plus): A fundamental understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering principles, and how automated software testing or evaluation sets differ from traditional software unit testing.

Other Skills

  • Systems Thinking: The ability to map out how a single platform change impacts multiple downstream applications.

  • Technical Communication: Excellent capability to translate complex engineering constraints into plain language and vice versa.

  • Assist in initiatives that improve interoperability across the Platform suite, ensuring unified data flow and consistent user experience.

  • Collaborate with engineering and functional architects to help deliver scalable and secure solutions tailored for enterprise clients.

Execution & Delivery

  • Support product discovery, definition, and execution for key enterprise Platform initiatives and features.

  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver seamless, high-quality releases.

  • Enable internal and external customers to successfully use delivered features.

  • Track metrics and KPIs for feature adoption, configurability, and customer satisfaction.


What we expect from you: 

  • 2–4 years of professional experience at a software SaaS company working on platform, AI, support, implementation, or technical solutions. Direct Product Management experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on execution and delivery.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical and domain concepts for diverse audiences.

  • A collaborative mindset with hands-on experience supporting product discovery and cross-functional delivery.

  • Ability to interview, absorb information, and turn it into user stories and acceptance criteria with samples and prototypes for development and QA.

  • Ability to collaborate with a scrum team to deliver features that provide value, are documented, and enable downstream teams to use those features.

  • Gross monthly salary (Gross I): €3500-€4500, depending on experience and skills
